On June 22nd, 2010, General Assembly of Gdansk Tourist Organization Members was held. During the meeting Gdańsk Tourist Organization Board summarized all activities that took place in 2009. The meeting was chaired by Gdańsk Deputy Mayor Mr. Maciej Lisicki – GOT Council Chairman. The meeting was attended by 39 members, Council members, GOT workers and Gdańsk Convention Bureau team. During the first part GOT presented audit report of financial activity. Afterward Executive Board presented a report on GOT essential activities. After submitting all reports, discussion was opened. Members shared their comments on current situation in tourism. New proposals were submitted, for example setting up GOT Working Group.

This time we had pleasure to greet GOT members over Motlawa River, in a newly built Hilton Gdańsk Hotel. It is worth mentioning that our meeting was the first business meeting that took place in the hotel. Everyone truly admired new building. Hilton was perfectly fitted to existing historic architecture of Old Town.
